Detail itinerary :
Day 1 : Surabaya/Malang – Hotel in Banyuwangi
- Your driver will pick you up in any places, airport, station or hotel in Surabaya or Malang. Drive towards Banyuwangi for 7-8 hours to stay in hotel we have provided.
- After arrive in Hotel, check in and rest.
Day 2 : Bangsring/Watudodol Beach – Menjangan Island – Hotel
- In the morning after breakfast your driver will take you to Bangsring or Watudodol beach. From The beach you will boat to Menjangan Island for 20-30 minutes. At Menjangan you can have diving or snorkling provided there. Some spots there are best for diving and snorkling.
- You can enjoy at Manjangan island until noon or mid-day. After that return to the beach and back to hotel.
Day 3 : Paltuding post – Ijen Crater – Hotel in Bromo
- Early morning at 01.00 a.m your driver will wake you up to take you to Paltuding approximately 45 minutes. Paltuding Post is the start location to Ijen Crater.
- Arrived at the Paltuding parking area, start trekking about 2 hours to reach the top of Ijen Crater. You will enjoy the amazing landscape along the road, passing coffee plantations and rainforest.
- After reaching the peak at 2.443 meters high, watch panorama of Ijen crater lake, blurfire and traditional sulfur miners.
- After enough enjoying Ijen crater, go back to Paltuding and return to hotel. Then the journey continues to the hotel in Mont Bromo. It takes about 5-6 hours drive. When you reach hotel, check in and rest.
Day 4 : Bromo sunrise – Bromo Tour – Madakaripura Waterfall – Drop off
- At 3.00 a.m in the morning with Jeep vehicle the team will take you to the highest view point around Bromo, Mount Pananjakan 1 Bromo Tengger area, to see the sunrise against the background of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok and Mount Semeru behind it. Once satisfied seeing sunrise, proceed the journey to the sea of sand and Bromo crater.
- From Jeep Parking area, you can walk to Bromo crater or you can rent a horse. After enjoying the bromo crater, the tour continue visitting savanna, whispering sand and teletubies hills. Then Jeep will bring you back to the hotel for breakfast, shower and packing.
Then travel towards Madakaripura waterfall. You will ride Ojek “motorbike transport” from parking lot or walk to get to waterfall. You have to cross river with rainy cliff on side of the river. - After you have finished enjoying at Waterfall, transfer back to Surabaya / Malang or Banyuwangi.
