First day: Surabaya / Malang / Banyuwangi – Hotel in Ijen
  • The Tour starts from Surabaya / Malang or From Banyuwangi. Our team will pick you up at airport/station/Hotel in Surabaya or Malang, or ketapang harbour in Banyuwangi,
  • then take you to hotel around Mount Ijen. The jurney will take for about 6-7 hours from surabaya/Malang, or it takes 2 hours from Ketapang harbour.
  • After arrived at the hotel, check in and then free program.
Second Day: Paltuding – Ijen crater – Hotel in Bromo
  • In morning at 01.00 a.m your driver will take you to paltuding approximately 45 minutes. paltuding post is the start location to Ijen crater.
  • Arrived at the paltuding parking area, start trekking to the crater about 2 to 2.5 hours to reach the top of Ijen crater. You will enjoy the amazing landscape along the road, passing coffee plantations and rainforest.
  • After reaching the peak at 2.800 meters, wacth panorama of Ijen crater lake, blurfire and traditional sulfur miners.
  • After enough enjoying Ijen crater, go back to paltuding and return to hotel. then the journey continues to the hotel in Mt Bromo. It takes about 5-6 hours driving. when you reach hotel, check in and rest.
Third Day: Bromo sunrise – Surabaya / Malang /Banyuwangi
  • At 3.00 a.m in the morning with Jeep vehicle the team will take you to the highest view point around Bromo, Mount Pananjakan 1 Bromo Tengger area, to see the sunrise against the background of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok and Mount Semeru behind it. Once satisfied seeing the sunrise, proceed the journey to the sea of sand and Bromo crater.
  • From Jeep Parking area, you can walk to the crater lip or you can rent a horse. After enjoying the bromo crater, the tour continue visitting savanna, whispering sand and teletubies hills.   • It takes 6 hours driving from Surabaya airport to Sempol, the nearest village to Ijen Crater. The car directly transfers you to reach Ijen Plateau and the world’s famous coffee plantation of Catimor Homestay. Build in 1894 by the Dutch, Catimor Homestay is partly constructed in bamboo building.
  • This classic and solid construction is strong enough to accommodate more than 50 people. Visitor can take standard, triple or superior room (based on your preference).
  • Although the closest building to the crater is Catimor Homestay, visitor still needs about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Ijen Crater; 30 minutes driving and 2 hours on foot.
  • Temperature at night around 9° C requires you to take along warm clothes or jacket to stand the cold weather. Front yard of the homestay has natural hot spring water near swimming pool and hot bath. For this enjoyable moment, wet suit is required.

Day 02nd : Hotel – Paltuding – Mount Ijen – Tanjung Papuma Beach

  • It begins at 02.00 a.m, get up early to go to Paltuding post with a journey of about 45 minutes, after arriving in the parking area, contunie to climb to Mount Ijen. The journey to the summit of crater about 2 hours with a distance of 3 kilometers.

Day 03nd : Papuma Sunrise Beach – Tumpak Sewu Waterfall Area

In this tour you will firstly visit Mount Bromo and have Bromo Tour and Then continue to Tumpak Sewu. And the last tour is Ijen crater. This tour starts from Surabaya or Malang. Or It can begins at Banyuwangi towards Mount Bromo.

Detail itinerary as follows:

Day 1: Surabaya / Malang – Hotel in Mount Bromo
  • Our team will pick you up at airport, station or hotel and drive to Cemoro Lawang with duration of 3.5 hours driving. Arrive at hotel, chek in and rest.
Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Tour – Bromo Tour – Homestay in Lumajang
  • Your Jeep Driver will Pick you up from hotel and continue towards Penanjakan 1 To see sunrise. After enjoy sunrise, continue towards Bromo Crater, You can do Soft Trekking to get the crater,or rent a horse. Then continue to prairie Savanna or Teletubbies Hill and Whispering Sand.
  • Afterwards, back to hotel for breakfast and packing up to continue the tour to hotel in Lumajang city. Then check in hotel and free program.
Day 3 : Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Hotel In Ijen
  • In morning your driver will take you to Sidomulyo village in Pronojiwo district with duration one hour.
  • When you arrive at Tumpak Sewu parking area, walk down to waterfall point by descending cliff and crossing river for 30 minutes. Enjoy waterfall and the view there.
  • Afterwards, continue the tour towards Ijen area. When you reach hotel we have provided in Ijen, check in and free program.
Day 5 : Paltuding – Ijen Crater – Drop Off
  • At 01.00 a.m we take you to Paltuding approximately 45 minutes, Paltuding Post is the start location to Ijen Crater.
  • Arrived at the Paltuding parking area, start trekking to the crater about 2 hours to reach the top of Ijen Crater. You will enjoy the amazing landscape along the road, passing coffee plantations and rainforest.
  • After reach the peak at 2,799 meters, wacth blue fire, sunrise, green crater lake and the sulfur miners.
  • When you have finished, back down to post and return to Surabaya / Malang / Ketapang harbour Banyuwangi, and the program is completed.
